    ⭐️Partner A starts on the rower.
Meanwhile Partner's B and C work on the lunges, ttb and pushups.
Partner B lunges 50ft, holding his/her dumbbells any way they wish. They then complete 10TTB or 20 AMSU and lunge back with their weight. As soon as they get back from their lunge,  they then complete their 10 pushups, and partner C can take off on his/her lunge. Partners B and C rotate through this pattern until partner A has finished their row. 
Once partner A finishes the row, partner B then gets on the rower, and partner A and C rotate through the the rounds of work. This pattern continues until all three partners have completed 3 rounds each on the rower.
30 min cap.
