Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups riced cauliflower (I used frozen)
• 1/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews
• 2/3 cup hemp milk
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 2 tsp nutritional yeast
• 1/2 lemon (juiced)
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Boil cauli rice, cashews, hemp milk, and garlic for 10 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Calories: 75  Carbs: 5g  Protein: 4g  Fat: 4g
