- flax egg (or regular egg)
- 1/2 cup applesauce (120g)
- 3 tbsp sugar (36 g)
- 3 tbsp cocoa (18 g)
- 1/2 cup flour (60 g, ww, oat, what have you)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla, pinch salt.
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (15 g).

Makes 15 minis: Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk together egg, applesauce, sugar, vanilla. Whisk together flour, cocoa, bp, bs, salt. Combine by folding (dont overmix) Scoop into 15 mini muffin cavities, sprinkle chocolate chips. Bake 15 min. Your freezer muffins are ready but let them cool first!

Skinny Chicken Marsala w mashed red potatoes 
Chicken Marsala 
2 breast fillets 
2 tbsp of black pepper
2 tbsp of Himalayan salt 
2 tbsp of garlic powder 
1 tbsp of avocado oil 
1/4 cup of almond flour 
1/5 cup of Marsala wine 
3 cloves of garlic 
8 oz of mushrooms
1/4 cup of red onions 
Cilantro (optional to your liking) 
Step 1
Tenderize meat. Season the chicken. 聽Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat (Make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the chicken- it will jump start the browning and prevent the chicken from sticking.). Add the chicken and cook for at least 3 minutes before turning (if it doesn't turn easily give it another minute on that side) then cook until both sides are well browned. 聽Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Step 2
Add the onion and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. 聽Add the wine and almond flour, heat to a boil, stirring to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. 聽Add in garlic and let it simmer for 3 minutes. 
Step 3
Return the chicken to the skillet. 聽Reduce the heat to medium-low. 聽Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season to taste. Add cilantro to your liking 
Mashed potatoes 
4 red potatoes 
1/2 cup of almond milk 
Himalayan salt to your liking 
Green onion 
2 cloves of garlic 
Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.鈥―rain well. Add in almond milk and salt; mash. Garnish with green onion.

  • On New Year's eve 2019, I made several promises to myself and one of them was to be in the best shape of my life. 
A friend of mine became a professional bodybuilder @stan703_ifbbpro 
I asked him to coach me. He created a program that would fit my needs. As the architect, he saw things I couldn't see and kept me on task. With his knowledge and guidance I am where I am today.   • Trotz der aktuellen Lage arbeite ich weiter an meinem Ziel, die restlichen Schwangerschaftskilos loszuwerden, einen definierten K枚rper zu haben und noch fitter zu sein. 馃ォ1 bunch of chopped coriander (you can buy this pre chopped and frozen)
馃ォ2 garlic cloves minced
馃ォ1/2 chilli finely chopped
馃ォ2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
馃ォGood pinch of @cornishsea_salt 馃ォGood grinding of black pepper
馃ォ1 egg

Mix everything together and make your meatballs and either bake at 140degrees for 20 mins or pan fry on a low heat! -
