• 1/2 avocado
• 3 dates, pitted
• 3/4 cup unsweetened flax milk (or other plant milk)
• 1/2 teaspoon spirulina/blue majik superfood powder
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

TOᑭᑭIᑎGᔕ
• cookie dough
• chocolate covered chia seeds
• cacao nibs

ᑕOOKIE ᗪOᑌGᕼ
• 1.5 cups almond flour
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup maple/agave syrup
• 1/4 cup gluten-free, vegan dark chocolate chips

IᑎᔕTᖇᑌᑕTIOᑎᔕ
First, make the cookie dough. Place all the cookie dough ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together until a dough forms. Add all the smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and top with cookie dough, chocolate covered chia seeds (optional), and cacao nibs.

classic oats I always literally always make = 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop @ghostlifestyle vegan banana protein powder, cinnamon, topped with heated up frozen berries & almond butter :)

I came on here fully expecting to share a leg workout, but instead I wanted to take a sec to share something more raw and real. It’s not something I share often, but I used to struggle big time when it came to my mental health. An event like this would probably have had me in a much worse place mentally than I’d like to admit. Luckily, I’m in a very good place now and have overcome a lot with time. However, I know this pandemic has triggered so many who are still struggling with their own mental health. ⠀
⠀
So I just want to remind everyone that: ⠀
⠀
1. you are human ⠀
2. Not everyday is going to be all sunshine and rainbows⠀
3. Struggling in times of adversity is completely normal⠀
4. This virus is causing a lot of new changes that are out of our control⠀
5. You do not need to put pressure on yourself to have everything figured out right this second ⠀
6. You are not alone in this⠀
⠀
So this is a reminder. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to need to feel out certain emotions before you can start to feel like yourself again. The only thing I implore you to do is to keep moving forward, one day at a time 🦋

  • Salmon Salad 🥗 Leftover salmon paired with lots of veggies topped with some dressing 👌🏻 I love @organicgirl + @primalkitchenfoods dressings a lot but you can also easily make your own with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar 🙌🏻 I basically just threw any veggies that were starting to look a little ehh in here haha. Ate this along with a delicious new frappe recipe that I posted in my stories 😍 -

  • whipped up a lil treat ☁️☕️ i joined everyone on this new trend and made some whipped coffee. well I gotta cred the sis for this, thanks bitch @bymicaelastarr 🙏🏼 here’s what you do: whip up 1 tbsp instant espresso, 1 tbsp organic cane sugar, and 1 tbsp hot water. whip that shii in a stand mixer. grab yo mason jar, fill with ice, and almond milk. top with her with the whipped fluff of joy and drink up. don’t normally drink coffee, but i wanted to join the whipped coffee party. sue me 🤷🏼‍♀️ #whippedcoffee #dalgonacoffee #vegan
