🙄 En el entrenamiento hay “unas poquitas cosas” 👌🏼 que nos dan la GRAN parte de los resultados ⬆️. Por eso se llaman principios, lo son como un alto grado de esfuerzo (ley de umbral), un volumen mínimo (que puede ser incluso 1 sola serie), una mínima continuidad en los entrenamientos, y que cada vez se vuelvas más difíciles (sobrecarga progresiva)

😲 Hablando claro, a nada que levantas el culo del sofá y haces 4 cosas mal hechas de forma constante, mejoras. De hecho seguro que conocéis gente que entrena fatal y tiene buen físico (si encima acompaña una buena genética) o si lo mantienes muchos años se mejora y mucho, lento, pero mucho.

😡Pero no quiero eso. Quiero ver cuánto puedo progresar, acercarme a mi límite real de forma natural.
Quiero ver como de grande, fuerte y seco puedo llegar a ser. Y para eso hay que hilar fino, cada vez más, y esforzarse mucho. Y pese a eso no llegaré a ser tan grande como alguien dotado genéticamente (también llamados fake nattys 🤣) o tan estético como otros con mejores líneas.

👊🏼😁 Pero eso da igual, lo importante es perseguir mejorar y no apuntar bajo, en entrenamiento, en tu profesión y en todo. Esa es mi visión 🔥 .

  • Berries Banana Muffins😋
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Amazing as an afternoon snack or even breakfast. You’ll have 12 muffins depends on how big you scoop them. Each muffin has around 130 calories, 6g fat, 23g carb, & 4.5g protein.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:
•2 cup oat flour (or 1 cup almond flour & 1 cup oats)
•1 tsp baking soda
•1 tsp baking powder
•3/4 tsp salt
•3/4 tsp cinnamon, optional
•2 mashed overripe bananas
•1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
•1/2 cup milk of choice
•2 tsp pure vanilla extract
•1/2 cup berries of choice, fresh or frozen
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
*Preheat your oven to 180*C.
*In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
*In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients except for the berries.
*Pour wet into dry and stir to form a batter.
*Very gently add the berries, stirring only enough to incorporate them, so as not to break the berries and turn the entire loaf purple.
*The batter should make around 12 muffins. Bake on the center rack for 30-45 minutes depends on your oven.
*Let cool completely, then loosely cover so there is room for moisture to escape.
*Taste and texture will be much better the second day and even better the third day as it will get sweeter (if they stayed that long😂), and I’d recommend refrigerating after a day, for freshness.

Something I’m super grateful for this semester is the fact that every Wednesday, no matter how busy school may be (though there are exceptions), there’s a set chunk of time where I’m committed to cooking (probably the best stress reliever) and eating with my house. Any other semester, when times got the slightest bit busy, I would’ve gotten into a schedule where I wouldn’t really hang out with friends for weeks at a time because I wouldn’t think that I had “time to”. Just a kind reminder to self that we set our schedule and our own time, and you can always make time for it.. almost always 😝
