Ingredients:

3/4 lb of shrimp
1/2 lb crab meat 
1 egg
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tbs dijon mustard
1/2 tbs worchestershire 
1/2 tbs hot sauce
pinch of sugar
10 saltine crackers (turned into bread crumbs)
fresh lemon juice
old bay seasoning
3 tbs butter
Chopped parsley

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, old bay seasoning, worchestershire, and hotsauce, pinch of sugar, bread crumbs, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper lightly. (Taste as you go.. BEFORE adding the egg)
Fold in the crabmeat gently, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel shrimp leaving tails on then butterfly and season with salt and pepper.
Place about 1 tbsp of the crab mixture on top of the shrimp.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked....

2 tbsp sriracha
Old bay seasoning
Juice of 1/2 line
Tbsp sweet pickle juice
