  • FEELING GOOD 💛 Na de vakantie was het één van mijn doelstellingen om het ontspannen gevoel wat ik daar had, vast te houden. En dat lukt!! Door mijn ochtendroutine, minder social media, duidelijke doelen, doen waar en wanneer ik er zin in heb (geldt bijvoorbeeld voor sporten, werken, borrels etc.), dagelijkse meditatie en veel me-time momenten als een middagje spa en lezen onder een kleedje, voel ik me meer ZEN dat ooit 🙌🏽 ENERGY FLOWS WHERE THE ATTENTION GOES 🌊 Kortom, besteed af en toe meer tijd en aandacht aan jezelf en hetgeen wat je nodig hebt, dat doet je goed en zorgt voor veel energie, trust me 🤗💥

1L de azeite de oliva extravirgem⠀
100g de tomate-cereja⠀
100g de minicebolas⠀
10g de minicenouras⠀
10 unidades de batatas bolinha⠀
10 unidades de miniberinjelas⠀
10 unidades de minichuchus⠀
10 unidades de couve de bruxelas em miniatura⠀
1 colher de sopa de semente de coentro em grão⠀
2 colheres de sopa de zimbro⠀
2 colheres de sopa de semente de cardamomo da Ginger⠀
2 colheres de sopa de pimenta da Jamaica da Ginger⠀
2 colheres de sopa de tomilho da Ginger⠀
2 colheres de sopa de sálvia⠀
2 folhas de louro da Ginger⠀
2 colheres de sal grosso⠀
⠀
Modo de preparo:⠀
Lave e seque muito bem os vegetais. Misture o azeite de oliva com todas as especiarias e ervas e leve ao banho-maria em fogo baixo por 30 minutos. Coloque então todos os legumes, menos o tomate.⠀
Continue cozinhando por uma hora. Coloque por último os tomates e cozinhe por mais meia hora. Deixe esfriar.⠀
Use como guarnição de pratos ou risotos.⠀

There is so much to share and endless praises, for the delicious six course meal, the decor, the ambience and the amazing @kajalshealthykitchen team work! 🙏

I am a creative mind, and very lucky to inherit the creative skills from my parents and sisters. What you have seen so far,  and will continue to see in the future is simply my minds creation and my heart best expressed into everything that I do♥️ Yesterday, I was very happy as I had my beautiful daughter @hen_m_ help me create the table- another genius mind who is also lucky to inherit the creative genes 💖

January has been a “good busy month” for us, and we are ever so grateful for all the love, support and blessings we receive each day and every moment 🙏 from you all 😇

  • #ad | One of my favourite parts of marathon training is legit just eating allllll the snacks 😂 Who's with me? 🙈 One thing I noticed the other day though, is how much sugar is in my apparently 'healthy' cereal bars 😳 @grazedotcom has challenged me to compare the sugar in my regular snacks to their cocoa vanilla protein bites. Turns out these bites have 45% less sugar than the average cereal bar 😮 It's not about deprivation - you can have your cake and eat it - it's just about being more aware of what you're eating so you can make the best choices for you 🙌🏼 When I'm eating cake, I want it to be cake 🍰, but when I'm eating healthy foods, I want them to be healthy, no more of this sugar-coating 'health' anymore 🙅🏼‍♀ Thanks @grazedotcom for the challenge! 🙌🏼 What do we think of my first insta-vid? #NoSugarCoating #grazesnacks #marathontraining #veganuary
