  • 真ん中のブラックベリー本当に本当に大好きでコストコに行くときに毎回買うのですが、どうしても甘いものを食べたい時とかにパクッと食べると間食欲が収まるし、美味しいし、ヨーグルトにもスムージーにも合うしオススメです、、、😢🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️

  • No I am not that gal heating up salmon in the cafe microwave at work!! So really I don’t think it’d be that bad but whatevaaaa there’s like a million articles on “things you don’t heat up for lunch at work” & salmon makes it every time.. Don’t worry though it’ll be my dinner later tonight 😏

⏩ This is frozen wild caught salmon from @wholefoods! I cooked in in olive oil, garlic powder, & onion powder stovetop. Sautéed all the onion, broccoli, & mushrooms in avo oil then added parmesan to the 🥦 & 🍄 while they were still hot on the stove.

  • Sweet and savory tacos 🌮😋 One of the best breakfasts in under 10
minutes! Had the sweet one in the morning right before my workout to get me going and saved the savory one to snack on after my workout😋👌🏻 Are you team sweet or savory tacos?!🙋🏻‍♀️
Heat up @sietefoods almond flour tortillas, stuff one with @siggisdairy vanilla yogurt, blackberries, raspberries, peanut butter and flax meal. The other one is spread with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, avocado  drizzled with EVOO and everything but the bagel seasoning #healthymoodsf

5 основных ошибок, которые вы не учитываете при корректировке своего питания: 
1. Вы любите капучино, латте, раф-кофе, пьете чай с мёдом и не включаете эти напитки в суммарный дневной рацион. В чашечке капучино, на секундочку, около 100 ккал. 
2. Бокал вина за ужином прибавляет к КБЖУ 60-90 ккал из быстрых углеводов. 
3. Вы привыкли пробовать еду во время готовки. 
4. Вы заказываете «только салатик» в ресторане и не задумываетесь о том, чем салат заправлен и из каких ингредиентов он состоит. 
5. Вы кушаете сухофрукты вместо сладостей. И это похвально. Но также очень калорийно. 
И это лишь самые явные ошибки, которые возможно есть в вашем в питании.
