Foram 2 semanas sem praticar musculação a fim de proporcionar um momento de reparação para o corpo (músculos, tendões, etc.) e para evitar a saturação psicológica, afinal a musculação não deixa de ser um tipo de estresse para ambos.

Quando a pausa é realizada de maneira planejada, colhemos benefícios para o nosso organismo, permitindo uma reparação mais completa, e fazendo com que ele volte reagindo ainda melhor para o início de uma nova fase (macrociclo). 🏋🏻‍♀️
