«ПИЩА В ЗИМНИЙ ПЕРИОД» • Зимой следует ограничить употребление мучных изделий, выпечки, молочных продуктов (сыр, йогурт, творог). Эти продукты повышают Капха дошу.
В то же время, чтобы поддерживать нормальное состояние Капхи, необходимо добавлять в блюда пряные, согревающие специи. Специи должны быть согревающими, но не очень острыми. • Лучше отказаться от острого вкуса для тех, кто имеет тип Вата. • Легкая пища повышает Вата дошу.
• Согласно Аюрведе, еда зимой должна быть насыщающей, согревающей и умеренно тяжелой.
• Ешьте цельные зерна (кукуруза, ячмень, просо, гречиха), тушеные овощи (морковь, капуста, картофель, свекла и т. д.).
• Из фруктов больше подойдут кислые и сухофрукты.
❗️Замачивайте сухофрукты за несколько часов до еды.
• Разнообразьте диету чечевицей, тофу, машем, нутом.
• Отличное блюдо на зиму - кичари, приготовленное из риса (обычно басмати), бобов или чечевицы, овощей и специй.
• Еда должна быть теплой и свежей.
❗️Избегайте холодной пищи.
• Добавляйте топленое масло в пищу.
• Ужин до 18:00, иначе пища не сможет нормально перевариться и будет накапливаться в форме амы, что повлияет на снижение иммунитета. 💙 Готовьте вкусно и с любовью. 💙 Приглашайте гостей, посещайте родственников и близких. 💙Создайте теплую атмосферу вокруг вас, и она согреет вас в холодные зимние дни.
