  • A few years ago my first thoughts in the morning were my problems and everything I should deal with during the day and during my life, and everytime I had to do things for me was a big effort..
This was something that used to take out a lot of my energy and I used to wake up already tired and stressed.
Suddenly, I started to face with all the obstacles, problems step by step, day by day being present and focus on everything. 
What I was missing wasn't how to deal with something, I was missing how to be present in everything I was doing.
Be present and focus in everything you do is very important.. For example every time I teach yoga, any type of yoga, never happen to me to think about anything else and this is because I want to share my passion to everyone, I want also to take more and more of all the benefits from yoga and also take the beautiful energy that people share during classes..
This is the feeling I love while I do something.
This is what should happen always..
During your meal focus on what you are eating..you'll discover different tastes..
During your job focus in what you are doing..you'll have best results ever..
During chat with friends..listen instead to think about your problems..you'll discover how beautiful is to listen and how much you'll learn about that person..
During your life focus on your passion..do what you love..don't waste time..be always present..
Its not what you eat, what you do, what you listen..its ONLY what you feel..that can change everything! 
Make your NOW the primary focus on your life.
