  • Today’s lunch (made yesterday) was Thai green chicken curry soup from @slimmingworld Oct magazine (page 57). Took ages to make as the paste was made from scratch (normally I would have used a shop bought jar of paste) but it was delicious 😋 3 Syns per serving (for the low fat coconut milk). Not sure I would make it again as it took ages. The main ingredients were onions and leeks which seemed a bit strange for a Thai curry too. Think I need to buy a @russellhobbsuk soup maker😄to make it quicker and easier. Ingredienti

250 g Farina 00
200 g Zucchero
2 Uova
2 Tuorli
1 vasetto Yogurt All’albicocca
100 g Olio Di Semi
50 g Burro
30 g Latte
1 pizzico Sale
1 bustina Vanillina
1 bustina Lievito In Polvere Per Dolci
Preparazione
In una ciotola, lavorate insieme, le uova, i tuorli e lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema spumosa e densa.

Dopo aggiungete il burro leggermente sciolto, lo yogurt, il latte, la vanillina e il sale. Lavorando tutto insieme per alcuni minuti.
Alla fine incorporate poco per volta la farina setacciata con il lievito. Infine l’olio di semi. Lavorate circa 5 minuti.
Al termine: versate il composto in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato ed infarinato.
Cuocete a 170° per circa 50 minuti. Con il ventilato io consiglio 160°per 60 m, ma regolatevi sempre con il vostro forno, facendo la prova stecchino prima di sfornare il plumcake ‼️Per la #ricetta clicca il link nelle mie STORIES •
