🧠👹 think ab something as small as how your clothes are touching your body all day, yet you stop thinking of it within minutes of putting them on.

this is bc ur brain is CONSTANTLY interpreting signals from the outside world and deciding which is a threat and which isn’t. your clothes touching you isn’t a threat, so that signal is literally just forgotten about. so you’re technically still feeling it, your brain literally just ignored the signal for you

idk about anyone else but that just makes me so in awe and confused bc it’s like WE ARE our brain, yet it can do things without our conscious decision. that’s some real matrix shi to me

  • One arm burpees...leads to a not so happy left wrist. Taking the day to heal as I need these hands to work! Good news though... this pic was taken last night and happy to report my wrist is much better... I will be back tomorrow performing those much needed facials on you lovelies!   • 🖤🧡 My client, Gagan has almost completed his third week in his SBBS program. 💪🏼 Yesterday’s session was his Dumbbell HIIT workout, which included these DB bench #ChestFlys. Gagan executes these with great form; 1️⃣ he starts the exercise with his arms extended (but not locked out) over the centre of his chest 2️⃣ his palms are facing each other 3️⃣ he is controlling the movement and not rushing 4️⃣ he is using his breath to brace and engage his chest at the top of the movement. Nice work Gagan! 🧡🖤

  • This year I’m focused on ramping up my exercise and eating better. I’m the kind of person that tends to burn out really easily, so high intensity workouts have never been sustainable for me as I always end up super fatigued and over-eating (I eat my feelings) - then I found @pvolve and I absolutely love it! It focuses more on small movements that work your inner muscles (and coming from a yoga background this is my jam). I now incorporate both yoga and @pvolve (as well as counting calories) and am really starting to see results (pic #2) #watchthisspace 😄❤️

  • Fartlek hoje com 2,7km de aquecimento 6x2min entre 3:40 a 3:50/km com descanso ativo entre 5:30 a 5:40/km, e finalizando com 5,8km pra arrefecer. No total foi um pouco mais que 12km. 
Mais um treino executado e mais um dia ajudando a mim e  ao mundão !
