​Recipe 
Smokey black bean + corn burger: In a food processor, pulse 1-1/2 cups black beans until partly mashed with some whole beans remaining. Boil 1 large corn on stovetop and remove kernels with sharp knife once cooked. (Even better if you can roast the corn over a gas burner.) Combine in a large bowl: mashed beans, corn kernels, 1 finely diced large red onion, 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves (roughly chopped), 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped), 2 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp coconut aminos or low-sodium tamari/soy sauce, juice 1 lime, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1-2 tsp chili powder, salt+pepper to taste. Mix with hands (or spoon) and gradually add oat flour until sticky enough to form patties (no more than 1 cup). Use hands to make roughly 7 burger patties. They shouldn’t be too thick or they won’t cook as well. (Optional: brush surface of the patties with a little olive oil.) Bake on lined baking sheet at 375F about 25 minutes, flipping half way. (Or you can even air fry these at 400F about 15-20 minutes.)

Easy guacamole: mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste. Add sprinkle red chili flakes. Serve with sweet potato fries and enjoy! ​.

​Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon olive oil (or any oil)
2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet and roast them dry for 30 mins, shaking them around a bit.
Mix together the almond flour and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil.
Add the almond flour mixture and coats the beans.
Spread the bean out on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crisp on the outside. ​

Fried Beet Sliders: Beer battered fried beet sliders with spicy coleslaw and pickled red onions •

Poutine: Crispy French fried topped with red wine shallot gravy, gruyere cheese, bacon bits, and shallots •

Mac n Cheese: Creamy and cheesy shell pasta cooked with smoked Gouda, Fontina, and cheddar cheese, topped with grated Parmesan, panko bread crumbs, truffle oil, and scallions •

We definitely recommend everyone to visit! It’s truly a hidden gem in Arcadia with super modern interiors and flavorful dishes. Our favorite was definitely the Fried Beet Sliders. The beets were fried to perfection🤩 with a satisfying crunch in the outside. The flavors of these sliders are insane- such a great combination of spiciness and tanginess. I’ve been craving them ever since.
