  • I was craving 🍩, so I came up with this bomb pumpkin pancake mix donuts for da win πŸŽƒ πŸ₯žπŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸ½ hope y’all have a blessed Tuesday !  Recipe below:
πŸ”Ή 2 cups pancake mix ( used @kodiakcakes)
πŸ”Ή1/2 cup pumpkin πŸŽƒ πŸ”Ή2/3 cup milk πŸ₯› ( can be non-dairy)
πŸ”Ή1/4 cup maple syrup
πŸ”Ή1/2 cup mini dark chocolate 🍫 chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.  Spoon into a greased donut pan.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Let cool and take out of pan.  Enjoy!  Make ~ 8 🍩❀️

  • spicy tahini everything but the kitchen sink kind of bowl today 🌱 ✨ for this, i tried to use the majority of the leftover food we had in the fridge & mixed it all up together for a messy lunch. .

in here: roasted sweet potatoes, corn, Brussels, zucchini all roasted at 425 (30 mins ish) + black beans, veggie burger, chopped jalapeΓ±os, arugula, pine nuts. All topped with tahini mixed with curry, red pepper flakes, lemon, and olive oil! easy and super filling! #desklunch
