🔹 40 Walking Lunges (20kg)
🔹 50 Wall Balls (6 kg)

Yoga is there to support you - to increase flexibility and muscle strength, to improve balance and posture, and also to create a deeper awareness of your body, mind, and breath.

Сегодня рассмотрю втрое заболевание щитовидной железы
✅Гипертиреоз-гиперфункция щитовидной железы, избыток тиреоидных гормонов. Для гипертиреоза характерны такие признаки как: беспокойство, раздражительность, тахикардия, бессонница, потливость, снижение веса.

При таком раскладе событий человеку, который пытается набрать вес, будет крайне сложно это сделать. Помимо этого, будет трудно сосредоточиться на тренировочном процессе, из-за беспокойства и раздражительности.

Бывают случаи, когда из гипотиреоза слетают в гипертиреоз, из-за применения больших доз йода. Поэтому даже такой, казалось бы, необходимый микроэлемент лучше принимать по назначению врача. Кроме того, нужно убедиться, что у вас не повышены антитела, чтобы исключить АИТ, при котором загрузка йодом противопоказана. Поэтому  фразы "у вас гипотиреоз? гипоплазия щитовидной железы? Да попейте йода и всё пройдёт" не всегда идут на пользу.

Будьте внимательны и не игнорируйте сигналы своего организма, особенно если вы хотите добиться хороших результатов в спорте и в телостроительстве.

You are fearfully and wonderfully made. No one is like you, no one has had the exact same experiences that have helped shape and mold you. God puts you through everything you’ve experienced to make you who you are. It’s our duty to trust that it’s for his glory, not to make sense of it. We get caught up in asking why me? We become victims in our own minds. At the end of the day we all go through crappy situations, none of us are immune to tragedy and hardship. Don’t compare traumas, ditch the victim mentality and own who you are in the eyes of God. You’re a victor! A warrior! A fighter! Someone who uses tragedy as triumph and takes advantage of the card’s life dealt them. So take pride in who you are,  be yourself, don’t be a follower, everybody else is taken. Use your life to spread inspiration, motivation and change. Be a living sacrifice and make this place better than you came into it. Leave your stamp on the envelope of life.
