After having the usual training conversation with a lady this afternoon who is interested in changing her body without building a masculine physique, I decided to post about it. I needed to remind women alike that the women you see with that appearance, didn’t accidentally stumble upon that body. ⁣⁣

You can train and maintain the proper diet to build muscle and have a hard, muscular physique ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
-OR-⁣
⁣⁣
You can train and still maintain a feminine physique. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
One thing I want all women to understand is that it’s all about 𝐈 𝐍 𝐓 𝐄 𝐍 𝐓 𝐈 𝐎 𝐍. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Besides the fact that only some women have the ability to naturally build appreciable amounts of muscle mass, you simply just don’t stumble upon a muscular physique by lifting for a couple of weeks or even months.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It isn’t by accident and it takes time-lots of it. ⁣⁣
By 2020 I thought we had squashed the ideology of women becoming “bulky” as a result of training. But I still have this conversation with women pretty regularly. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So this is me saying trust me-you won’t look that way unless you completely intend to.⁣⁣
⁣⁣ Lift heavy, eat nutritiously, and stop doing endless amounts of cardio. That is key to achieving the look you want 🔑 ⁣⁣

  • In the wake of so much heavy and sad energy, I only want to say.. just love. There are so many layers to love & so many ways to give it. Let love exude off you. Make people feel better about themselves, it’s so easy to do. Just love one another. From your mother to a stranger. That is how you can do your part in making the world a better place.
