  • La Pavlova ai frutti rossi è il dolce perfetto per recuperare gli albumi avanzati ed ottenere un dolce scenografico e super buono. Una base di squisita meringa farcita con morbida panna montata e tantissima frutta fresca. Per questa ricetta ho optato per un mix di frutti rossi: fragole e lamponi.

Ingredientes do Fondant de chocolate
1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
4 colheres (sopa) de água
250g de chocolate meio amargo picado
1 xícara (chá) de manteiga
4 ovos
4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo
Margarina e farinha de trigo para untar

Modo de preparo
Em uma panela, leve ao fogo baixo o açúcar, a água e deixe ferver até o açúcar derreter. Acrescente o chocolate, a manteiga e deixe derreter. Retire do fogo, espere amornar e reserve. Em uma tigela, misture os ovos, a farinha e a calda reservada. Despeje em uma fôrma de 25cm de diâmetro untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, em banho-maria, por 1 hora. Retire, deixe esfriar, desenforme e sirva.
